We use the most up to date methods of testing and inspecting your environment.  Our most recent new tool is a UV light for detection of contaminates.  Ultraviolet inspection lamps can identify the location of mold, bacteria, urine, and many other contaminants. Identifying the location of the contaminant can greatly aid in it's sanitization using activated oxygen.

Many times there is an odor in a room, but it may not be clear where it is coming from.  These lamps can help determine the location of an odor and make the job easier.

• RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL MOLD INSPECTIONS & TESTING

       We will do a visual inspection of the interior and exterior of your home or office.  Using up to date equipment to inspect the property we will then take  samples (air, swab, tape lifts or bulk samples). A microbiologist trained in interupting the samples will prepare a report.  Our mold inspection report provides digital photos of the areas of concern, recommendations on how to solve any problem indoor air quality issues and give you general recommendations on how to maintain a healthy environment. You will also receive a written report from an independent laboratory providing you with details of the contaminates found. 

•  ALLERGEN TESTING

        If you, your family or friends suffer from allergys  related to pets, dust mites, dander, mold or other allergens we can test your environment and idenitify what you are breathing.  With the laboratory report in hand you will be able to consult with your doctor regarding the best course of action for you or your loved one.

• Project Management Services
  We can coordinate and oversee services needed to cleanup contaminates such as mold, mildew, viruses and bacteria. Allow us to help you find the right contractors/vendors to do the job right the first time.
   

• Infrared Thermal Imaging
  
  Modern Infrared Thermal Imagers are able to detect the smallest temperature differences on surfaces that the trained Thermographer is able to interpret as thermal exceptions.  Thermal imaging is a non-destructive, non-invasive way to find latent probelm areas in buildings fast and effectively.  A thermographer needs to be trained and must be qualified to interpret images.  This specialized service is provided by Alex Feger with Thermovision when you request thermal imaging services.  Detect where moisture is located in your walls, ceiling and floors.  This procedure can also provide you with information on areas that are creating energy loss - locations such as ductwork, windows, doors and poor construction methods. 
  
  
  
• ACTIVATED OXYGEN TREATMENTS FOR ODOR REMOVAL & SANITIZING ENVIRONMENT
  If you have an environment that has odors from pets, cooking, smoke or tobacco you may want to consider having an activated oxygen treatment (ozone) to freshen things up. This treatment will reduce bacteria, viruses, mold & mildew.
  

  
   

   

• PRE AND POST REMEDIATION TESTING:
  Sampling should be done before and after any remediation work is done. This way you will know what was there before the work is started and know for sure that all contaminates found are gone when the work is completed.
  
  
• SANITIZE DUCTWORK
  Consider having your ductwork sanitized by having an activated oxygen treatment or having them fogged with an antimicrobial agent. Kill what's living in your ductwork and have a fresh, clean smell throughout your environment. We can also recommend a company that does standard duct cleaning.

•  AIR DUCT INSPECTIONS, CLEANING & ENCAPSULATION
  Robot air duct inspections can help you determine the cleanliness and integrity of air duct systems. Professional inspections, cleaning and encapsulation is suggested when the ductwork system has not been well maintained.
